| Andorina Hostel - http://www.andorinasamaipata.com/ Andoriña is a rustic hostel (since 2006) and Art & Picture Gallery (since 2004) in Samaipata, 2 ½ blocks before the Main Square, Bolivia. It’s been founded by Andres (Dutch) and Doriña (Samaipateña). We also offer breakfasts and cafetaria service with many healthy juices, postcards, a relax & reading area, meetings, music nights & cultural movies. Our main goal is to make you feel you home, ready to rest and prepare to discover the beautiful area. With a lot of decoration, use of local materials, hammocks and a small garden, we´ve created a homely atmosphere with different types of music, as well as silent hours. People are invited to play guitar or other instruments in the common area. There is a fireplace for cold nights. We welcome couples, backpackers, families and small groups. - Read more |
| Campeche Hostel - http://www.campechebolivia.com/ HI-Cabañas Campeche is a cottage-style centre in a beautiful countryside 1,600m high, 3 hours from Santa Cruz. This is a resort village on a key road to the Andean Valleys of Sucre or Cochabamba. Well maintained, with an excellent infrastructure in bath, showers and kitchen and with a lot of fresh air, we invite you to stay some days up here, leaving the hot and wet climate of the subtropical part of Bolivia. Samaipata's attractions are "El Fuerte" - an pre-Inca holy place, carved in stone on one big rock - newly preserved and very impressive to visit and the north entrance to the Amboro National Park - attractive trekking and camping and last but not least an old colonial village with nice pubs and restaurants. - Read more |
