This new 21 room 150 bed hostel is spread over 3 buildings seperated by a 17 meter pool and licensed bar. plus private grassed courtyards for relaxing. The young owners have thought of everything and the managers are highly motivated, as they are former backpackers themselves. Vending machines sell a variety of pre-packed food and other necessities, or take a short walk to Coles supermarket and cook fresh for yourself in either of 2 all Stainless Steel kitchens. If you need work, they have the contacts and a free bus to take you. Transport is provided to and from work we also run a shuttle bus 3 times an afternoon to the supermarket. We have a swimming pool to relax in after a hard days work or a free dvd library to relax in front of the tv. Small but roomy, the hostel has a max of four people to a room. It’s a short walk to town, pubs and shopping centre. Feeding Grounds is the littlest hostel in Bundaberg. It is named after a special place where turtles rest and recover between long journeys. Now you can do the same! This beautiful example of a 1950's split level home has five bedrooms, a huge kitchen with plenty of fridges and a large lounge dining room. The homely atmosphere this creates is rare among hostels.
